• • To analyze usage patterns and improve performance via Google Analytics

We do not use your Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or any purpose unrelated to providing and improving the user-facing features of Notie.

3. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Notie's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• • We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of Notie
• • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with adequate data protection
• • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
• • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations

4. Data Storage and Security

We take the protection of your data seriously:

• • Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
• • Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction
• • Google Sheets data accessed through our integration is transmitted securely via Google's APIs over HTTPS and is processed only to complete the action you request

5. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted partners to provide our Service:

• • Google — Authentication (Google Sign-In) and Google Sheets integration. See Google's Privacy Policy
• • Google Analytics — Usage analytics and insights
• • AWS — Cloud hosting and storage
• • Paddle — Merchant of Record and secure payment processing (including handling of taxes, invoices, and refunds)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google user data to third parties. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as described in this policy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• • We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service
• • Google Sheets data: Data accessed through our Sheets integration is used only to fulfill the specific action you request and is not retained beyond what is necessary to complete that action
• • Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting us at support@notie.pro. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
• • Google data revocation: You can revoke Notie's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing your Google data

7. International Users

Notie is accessible worldwide. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

You have important rights regarding your personal data:
