2. Eligibility

To use Notie, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google (OAuth 2.0). When you sign in with Google, you authorize Notie to access your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) for account creation and authentication purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

Notie offers both free and paid subscription plans. The features available may vary depending on your subscription level. You can view our current pricing and plan details on our pricing page.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Notie offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Google Sheets. By connecting a third-party service, you authorize Notie to access and interact with your data on that service solely to provide the features you initiate.

Google Sheets Integration:

• • When you connect Google Sheets, Notie accesses only the spreadsheets you select or authorize
• • Your Google data is used only to provide the integration features and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy
• • You can revoke Notie's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Notie is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

6. User Content

You may create, upload, and share content via the Service. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant Notie a license to host and display it as needed to provide the Service.

What this means:

• • Your content belongs to you
• • We can store and display your content to make the app work
• • We won't use your content for other purposes without permission

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. You must not upload any content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

You agree not to:

• • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• • Share your account with others
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• • Misuse any third-party integrations or attempt to access data beyond the scope you have authorized

8. Payments and Refunds

Payments for paid plans are processed securely by our payment partner Paddle. All taxes and billing are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your subscription. Refunds are managed and issued by Paddle in accordance with their policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@notie.pro and we will assist you with the process.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Notie at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@notie.pro.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any connected third-party integrations (such as Google Sheets) will be disconnected, and we will cease accessing your third-party data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or disruptions caused by third-party services, including Google APIs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any third-party integrations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
